physical therapyworks staff

physical therapyworks was started in 1996 by John Dravillas, PT, MTC, because John was dissatisfied with the compromises that were occurring in the health care field. These changes - including shortened treatment times and rampant and inappropriate delegation of treatment to aides and assistants - were economically driven in response to changes in the insurance industry. John wanted to create and work in an environment where the emphasis is on what is right for the client. physical therapyworks is the realization of that goal.

Bari Brown is our office manager and is the face of Physical Therapyworks. She developed in-numerable skills over 30+ years in the entertainment industry, first as Membership Administrator for the Writers Guild of America, West and more recently, Technicolor, where she worked with clients as a project manager and hand holder for many television executives and aided them in the vast areas of post-production.

She is the go-to person for insurance and billing questions and oversees all general information on the clinic and is a wealth of information. If you have any insurance, scheduling or other administrative questions, give her a call.

On her off hours, she balances out spending time with her 2 grandchildren and 1 very stubborn cocker spaniel, Carnegie, who will be in obedience training for the rest of his life.
